Is there a minimum order amount?

  • There is a minimum order amount of $100 with no quantity requirements and no full case requirements.

Can I cancel or change my order after I place it?

  • Depending on the status of your order, it may not be possible to stop the order in time to make any changes.  Please contact our Sales Support staff at 800-448-5882 for assistance.

What method of payment do you accept?

  • Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express
  • Terms of “Net 30 Days” are available for approved accounts with a completed credit application.  Please contact Sales Support for additional information at 800-448-5882.

Shipping Information

  • Orders over $325.00 of in-stock merchandise qualify for free freight via UPS ground delivery within the continental United States.
  • Orders Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories are charged 40% of merchandise charge for shipping.
  • Multiple products may be shipped in more than one box, depending on the number and size of the products/packages.
  • Orders placed by 12:00 Noon CST will ship the same day.
  • Expedited shipping is available for UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air.
  • The option to use your own shipper via UPS or FedEx is available.

Can you ship to PO Box? 

  • Unfortunately, UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes.  
  • Please provide a street address when ordering

Sales Tax

Will I be charged sales tax?

  • Only in CO, MO, RI, TX, KS, PA, FL, NC, CA. NE, NY,, and IL. A resale tax exemption certificate is required in those states.
